Pixel shader model 4.1 not work

i have problem with my video card i go to site run it now and it says my graphic card is pixel shader is 3.0 and i am sure my graphic card is 4

thats my video card is ati radeon HD 4550 1 GB

and i have windows 7 ultimate

what can i do to make my graphic card work on pixel shader 4 or how to sure my video card is work on pixel shader 4 .

That card is pixel shader 4.1, make sure you have the right video drivers for it, if they are, are you actually having issues with something? If not, don't worry about it.
