I would change just about everything :p Have a look at this similar thread:

http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/323480-31-efficient-gaming-build

Don't bother with AMD CPUs right now. Bulldozer will be released very shortly which may offer better performance than the 2500k.

CPU: i5 2500k

Mobo: MSI or ASrock Z68 for around $150

GPU: Nvidia GTX 560ti with dual fans

RAM: Corsair or Gskill 8gb 1600 mhz (Make sure it is 1.5 volts and not 1.65)

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

PSU: Corsair TX650 V2 for a cheaper budget

Hi there! Welcome to the forums.

Eh, there's a, few (several) things that definitely need to be changed.
-Don't get the AMD 6 core. They are crap for gaming. Wait for tomorrow's FX-4110
Mobo: Expensive, not AM3+, and it's Biostar. We can do better.
-GPU: Unless you play at a res higher than 1920x1080, you don't need the 2GB Vram. Check out a 560 Ti or 6950.
Ram is fine.
Case: little cheapy. A better case can be had for sure.
CPU cooler: Hyper 212+
PSU: a good, 750w PSU should do.

Well, let's get shopping!
