Help with 32bit to 64bit and memory

heyy guys

Iv had a look to see if i can turn my 32 bit PC into a 64 bit PC , my processor can support it but 1) how do i do it (i think i need to change my OS/operating system)
2) would i be able to upgrade my ram from a maximum of 3 GB (32 bit PC'S can only read a max of 3GB) to something like 8 GB or 16GB if i changed my 32bit PC to a 64 bit????? :??:

Hi, It depends also on the motherboard. What's the model? For memory over 4GB, yes, you ill need installing a 64-bit OS.

Okay thanks you for your help :)  is there any bundles or components you would recommend for a gaming PC something that i can have a Intel quad core processor, AMD Radeon HD 6600 Series / AMD Radeon HD 6670 2 Gb with 8 GB hyper space ?????

I suggest opening a new thread on this topic. It depends on your budget. I would choose Intel Z77 (I've seen ASRock Z77 Extreme cited as a good option regarding quality vs price) with 8GB of RAM, decent CPU, graphics card and power supply. But again, it depends on the budget.
