  1. Hi, It depends also on the motherboard. What's the model? For memory over 4GB, yes, you ill need installing a 64-bit OS.

thanks for reply i have Board: Foxconn G31S FAB:1.0
    Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 10/09/2009
  3. From the board's specs:
    Memory
    DDR2 800/667/533 x 1 DIMMs, Max 2GB
So the answer is no, only 2GB supported: http://www.foxconnchannel.com/ProductDetail.aspx?T=motherboard&U=en-us0000456
  4. Okay thanks you for your help :) is there any bundles or components you would recommend for a gaming PC something that i can have a Intel quad core processor, AMD Radeon HD 6600 Series / AMD Radeon HD 6670 2 Gb with 8 GB hyper space ?????
  5. I suggest opening a new thread on this topic. It depends on your budget. I would choose Intel Z77 (I've seen ASRock Z77 Extreme cited as a good option regarding quality vs price) with 8GB of RAM, decent CPU, graphics card and power supply. But again, it depends on the budget.
