Since I'm from a country that not-known for online-shopping possibilities(Azerbaijan),I have to go for SuperBiiz or some site that you can offer with International Shipping

Hmm..what resolution can this system handle in your opinion?

you have change two things that is ram and graphics card.
RAM:leave kingston and pick out g.skill ripjaws x 4gb ddr3 1600mhz this will give much better performance than kingston.
GRAPHICS:if you want run heavy games on maxed out setting then go for gtx 570 other wise system is perfect.

g.Skill > Kingston, because of better price

a 570GTX is is around 300 bucks, might break the budget. I have a HD6870 ($170-200) runs most games at 1920x1080 fine, even BF3 (beta) with high settings
(30-70fps outside. 60fps+ indoors). However, I don't know any retailers that ship to your location.

by suggestion from your list: step up from the 550 (which is a weak, weak GPU) to a HD 6850, and trim back the 650W PSU to a 430-500W PSU

the antec Basiq 430 or EA 430 will handle a 6850 just fine, and the price difference will get you the 6850.

I'm buying from SuperBiiz,and there are no option of G.Skill or Corsair :/
I can decide on 6870,because my budget is still availible for that

Thanks...but i'm still looking for a good GPU for the price of <200$
I was thinking of GTX550Ti till today...but now thinking between GTX550Ti and HD6850
Any other recommendations?

if your price ona GPU can go up to $200, then the very best choice is the $190-ish GTX 560.
