Go with the kingston, it's read and write speeds are faster.
And as for GPU, I recommend the GTX 660 Ti because of its faster core and memory clock.

What CPU are you using with this build?

You won't notice a difference in real world performance. I'd go with the samsung since it's cheaper. The 7950 is better, you can't just look as clock speed.

I would go with the Samsung just based on reliability alone. It's not exactly slow either. The 256GB version goes on sale quite a bit for ~$160.

Note that the 7950 is a great overclocker. Much better than the 660 Ti.

You are aware that Nvidia and AMD cards can't be compared like that right? Apples to oranges. They use completely different architectures.
