Can this mobo run those Gpu and Ram

Hello guys i am new here and I`ve been searching for like days to fid a solution for this problem ....
I have a Gigabyte GA-Ep43t-UD3L MoBo rev 1.1

And I want to know if I can install an
2x4 Jawripper X ram on it 1600 mz
F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL

And a GPU called
sapphire Radeon HD 7770 1GB GDDR5
Without any errors and blue screens etc ... so ccan u guys help me out ^^.
