What BIOS settings should I use for memory..

Ok, I was messing around with my memory because I was getting very low scores with Sisandra, like 300mb/s or so memory throughput...compared with other systems I am failing by at least 100-200 mb/s I was wonderting if changing a few BIOS settings would do the trick. I have 256 megs of PC133-CAS2 ram... so I was looking around BIOS and I decided to turn on 4 way interleaving and I saw a slight increase. I also turn the memory timer to 2 instead of 3 and this helped a bit too. I was wondering, however, what the Bank 1/2 TIMER is... it is at the top. It gives me some options like 8-10ns, regular, fast or turbo.. I was wondering since I had good ram if it was cool to set this option to turbo?

My Athlon 700 and Abit board are set to Turbo- no problems so far. It's been runnning solid since i bought them last year in March. I'd say yes.
