you dont need a video card driver to install windows. Win install will default to supervga (or vga depending on which windows you're trying to install) which will work fine. You may need your ide/sata/ahci/raid drivers to install windows if it doesnt have them built in but not your videocard drivers.
Once you have windows loaded you install chipset drivers. Then graphics drivers. then sound drivers

It doesnt matter what graphics you have. VGA and SVGA are supported by all cards. Thats what your bios idsplays when you turn it on, it doesnt need drivers.

When you load windows it will install the Micrsoft default drivers , again either VGA or SVGA, and once install is done you can install the rest of the drivers you need. Like for your video card. I strongly recommend you load your chipset drivers first though.

To help further we need your motherboard make and model #.
