my config..........

amd phenom ii x6 1090t be (power 125w)
880 gms e35 mainboard
4gb ram
500 gb hdd
lite on dvd multi recorder
thermaltake TR2 RX 450w psu.....

can i run a ati hd 6850 gpu in this system?????????
do my psu enough for it??????

iv seen many site that this card uses 19w when idle.......and 127w on load........
bt ati site recommended 500w what will i do.......plz tell me guys....

I don't recommend it, at least not with that ThermalTake PSU (don't recommend Tt for much, other than a paperweight). This would be a good upgrade for you, and will add a bit more stability.
