You have completely ignored the original deletion of the original thread. You have also ignored the fabrication, fake, of my post/thread which is a rip/plagiarism.

That vid looks fake. It probably is fake. That much is obvious and open for discussion. What I expected was a conversation about the fake and the ?obvious timing and intent of BIO HAZARD. That did not happen because... the reason, the deletion, rip and plagiarism was forcefully imposed, an edited change of subject... lol It is interesting and should be left open for discussion not edited and locked. Not ever have I seen such heavy handed trolling but so what it is randomizer and grapes... they have a long history failure to communicate with members of several forums before this one, which makes this discussion all the more interesting even if questionable behavior...

As for SPAM... How you could find the BIO HAZARD and BSN links SPAM is beyond me. The first thread had a link that has now been deleted by randomizer. What you are talking about is a fabrication of my thread... a lie.. that's ok just acuse randomizer not me because it is his recreation.

I don't know what's going on in this thread but that video is obviously fake. NVidia is a company worth billions of dollars; that video looks like it was made in Windows Movie Maker (not even the Windows Live version) and it contains no marketing talk (as every other NVidia slide in the world does) and just some PowerPoint graphs withou any in-depth information. You'd have to be dumb to believe it.

It's some guy who obviously knew this would draw a lot of attention to his stupid attempt at an OEM computer company.

theft of another authors writing without acknowledgement, and theft and changing to suit his needs without acknowledging the author is plagiarism. For those who are not familiar see wikipedia for plagiarism and copyright infringement. Forum posters have forum copyright entitlement by forum copyright law. Theft of a post or thread is copyright infringement.

I believe he is saying you edited one of his posts and reworded it. He then thinks this is plagiarism even though his post isn't a legally published source. He is an idiot...

Just looked through all 20 of them, im betting on it being the later. He seems really anal about plagiarism but i dont think he understands entirely what it means, and the link he freaks out about, actually does link to hardspell they just go by multiple different URLs

I have no intention of banning him for accusing me of doing something I didn't, because that will only add fuel to the fire, and it's a fire I honestly don't care about because it's unfounded. By all means post the evidence if there is some, but for now I'll let public embarrassment do its job.

As for the quote in TGGA's post, I must say I had a bit of a chuckle to myself about that considering the unintelligible crap y eye has posted on other forums him/herself. Crap I don't need Google cache to find.

Actually he, BoM and any of its 'agents' do have that permission; which you gave them when agreeing to the TOS, it specifically says use, change, and even deletion along with a bunch of other handy items. [:thegreatgrapeape:2]

It is a sticky and it replaces one that had replies from people who also didn't understand the concept of not spamming the forum or review threads. That you have issue with it say more about you than him.

forum copyright: for this discussion it is the original thread.

It is obvious that Administrator help is required with the issues we have opened here.
It is also obvious that an Administrative ruling should be called for regarding posts/threads
that have been locked deleted and or altered, meaning edited and reproduced.

It is my understanding that no post or thread can be completely deleted and in case of moderation is stored in log.

Having said that it becomes reasonable to ask for Administrative assistance to confirm one way or another
the charge of theft of post/thread by deletion and reproducing in altered form as a new or different thread.

The people you are talking to here are essentially the administrators. The actual administrator may not even look at the forum unless there's some realistically serious issue happening. I can assure you this probably isn't one. The deleted threads are saved, and moderators can view them. They checked, and there is one thread with no moderator edits in it. Regardless of your Wikipedia knowledge, you forfeited any and all rights you stand to present about "forum plagiarism" when you accepted to become a member of this website. Further, what would anyone stand to gain by using or modifying anything of your own to call their own? Nothing, and much more I don't find it remotely believable any of them would do such looking at the manner of your writing. There is no argument to be made here, you're disturbing my forum browsing.
