Hello,
my conexant audio driver is giving message "could not find media device for driver" and in my sounds and devices it is showing "no audio device"
So there is no sound in my Lenovo SL400 laptop Plz help me!!!

By the sounds of it your audio/chipset drivers have become corrupt or have updated incorrectly. I would suggest you go onto the manufacturers website and re-download the correct ones.

Also if your in win7/vista have a look for realtek audio drivers and give them a whirl.

If you look in device manager you should see a yellow circle with an exclamation mark inside it and you can right click on it and select uopdate driver and see if it will.
