8GB memory modules with GA-MA785GMT-UD2H

Hi!

I'm having a couple of GA-MA785GMT-UD2H motherboards and wonder if it supports 8 GB modules. The website and manual states only up to 4x 4GB (16 GB), but I assume this is only because back when the motherboard was build there were simply no 8 GB modules existing?

Looking forward to answers I can trust, as I don't want to buy 8 GB modules to realize they don't work with this board.

Hi, I can't find on manufacturers configurators compatible 8GB modules kits. Two examples:

So... It might not work.
