They work together, and you should have no issues getting them to fit.

Looks good, but id recommend 750w PSU if you plan to SLI that 560Ti. Recommended brands include: Corsair, XFX, SeaSonic, Antec, CM Silent Pro range, "some" OCZ.

Everything listed is compatible though :)

Haha I think it was a typo on your initial post :p  you put 19200x1080 (think you meant to put 1920x1080?) But yeah 1920x1080 is great - FULL HD :D  as for 19200x1080 - I cant even visualise what that would look like :lol:

10x 1920x1080 surround gaming at it's finest :)
