Patriot Viper vs Low Profile Corsair?

Solution
The corsair has lower timings, you're better off going with them.
But you can find other memories with even better timings at that frequency
Corsair has 9-9-9-24, some have 7-8-7-24, know of some from gskill but there's probably some on other brands if you prefer, and you will also be future proof if at some point you go for some newer processors with quad channel memory support.

Here are a few examples:

http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=469 7-8-8-24 1.5V
http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=351 7-8-7-24 1.5V

But watchout, some memories like this next one also have low timings but have a higher voltage requirement
http://www.gskill.com/products.php?index=354 7-8-7-24 1.6V

Those of course are just examples, the best you...

Those of course are just examples, the best you can find is 4x4GB kit running at 1600mhz with 7-8-7-24 timing and using 1.5v , unless they made memories at that frequency at lower timings.
