My new Gigabyte GA-970A-D3 just arrived and i installed 2 DIMMs... 2x2GB of DDR3 1600MHz memory, but when i checked the bios settings, it was running at 1333MHz...
Is there any easy option for this motherboard to use the max. of the ram and adjusting the voltages by it self because i don't wanna fry everything^^

You can enter the bios setup and set the ram for 1600mhz but if it is running at 1333mhz it probably means is it synced with your CPU.
Your ram can run at 1600mhz without touching voltages.

I've got an AMD Phenom II x3 710 2.60GHz.
You think it synced to this processor?

Yes,most probable. It depends on how the mobo handles the fsb:memory ratio.
