Do you have a speaker attached (a motherboard speaker - NOT your PC speakers connected via audio port)? As far as i know the ASRock Motherboards don't come with a speaker but have a small LED display instead to indicate if there are any errors. If your system boots into Windows, you can presume everything is ok

nope, the board did not come with one and also my case did not have one the small led display did light up though and everything seems to be in order hehe. thank you for the quick response. i just got a bit worried since i was expecting the infamous beep of POST assurance lol...
Nope, no problems at all The LED display will flash through lots of different numbers as it boots You 100% wont get a POST beep without a speaker attached If your into Windows, everything sounds good
ill just have to consult the manual as to what those numbers on the led display mean just in case i have some errors
Unless the PC doesn't boot, and a number stays on the display then you don't have any errors. If this does happen though, I'm sure a quick Google will throw up any info you need
