If you did not have the computer plugged into a quality surge protector, it likely got zapped by a surge when the power came back on. Couple that with the fact that your Rhino power supply is very low end so even a slight surge would likely take it out. Hopefully this did not also damage your other components. Most better quality power supplies have circuitry that will prevent this.

At any rate, you will likely need a new one. Anything in the quality 300w range will do as your old one is listed as only 250w.

Just for an example, this would be a good replacement. It is very good quality. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817151086

Just look for at least 300 watts, and at least 80 plus certified. If you find a better deal on a higher wattage unit, that will be fine as well. The newer certified units work just as well at low or high power levels.

And if you do not have a surge protector, please get one. Good ones can be had for $10 or so. Belkin makes very good ones.
