Updating sandybridge MOBO to ivybridge

Hello, i recently bought intel core i3 3220 and asrock p67 pro3 and i have a problem because the motherboard has installed older version of bios and i need the new one to make processor work how i can achieve this ?

Hi, Two ideas:
-borrow a supported CPU,
-take the board to a local shop.
