How to connect a network printer for two networks in the same domain

Hello,

i have a domain in which there are two networks they are 192.168.2.0 & 192.168.30.0 series i have set up the printer in the 192.168.2.0 series i want to access the printer from the 192.168.30.0 series simultaneously from both the series

You need to setup a router to connect the 2 networks. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Router

If you can't communicate between the networks you can't do what you want.
