Price question?

Quick question, is $33.99 for Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 2x4GB at 1600 Mhz a good deal? I was planning to get this RAM for a new build as I like it, but I'm not sure if this is a great sale or if I should wait until Black Friday for a better deal? It's usually $39.99, so I'm not sure if there are normally better deals on RAM or is this as good as it gets?

I got my 1333 patriot gamer's ram for $23 after rebate, and it got down to $19 a couple of weeks ago. I would wait for black friday.
