Will this much of pre-applied thermal paste be enought for my CPU?

I got a Corsair H100 liquid cooler for my LGA 2011 CPU. There is a thermalpaste already pre-applied on the cooler, but I don't think it will cover the whole area of the CPU.

Could not get the good size comparison shoot. The CPU is approximately the size of that protruding part of the plastic cover on the cooler.

Will it be fine or sould I apply my own thermal paste?

What's on there will easily spread out to cover the whole CPU, it's a fairly thick layer and the heatsinks get clamped very hard.
