Which slot for graphics card

going to install my new graphics card ASUS GeFORCE GTX560 Ti on my ASUS CROSSHAIR IV FORMULA it is a pci exspress card 4 slots on this board which one would sum one reckon would be the best slot for this card thankyou

the top two are your x16 slots, so one of those two will work, the bottom 2 are for tri and quad sli/crossfire slots. The typical set up is to fill in the slots top to bottom, so yor first card should go to the top most slot.
