Additional Comments: I want to be able to run most/all modern games at the highest settings and around 60 fps. If that means going above my budget, then I am fine with that, but I also would like some low price options. I want to at least be able to run any game at 40-60 fps at decent settings.

The only gaming components I currently have that are even marginally worth mentioning are:

SPARKLE GeForce GTS 250 512mb http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814187070

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 3600+ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103036
