Upgrade your video card. It's a hardware thingy, not a software thingy.

you cant make your graphic card something its not. Its like trying to make a mouse turn into a chicken. You just cant. you need to buy a chicken.

Shader model, similar to directX, requires hardware support for its dedicated functions. If LoL is telling you you dont support the appropriate shader model that means that you have an old card, old enough that it doesnt support DirectX 9 which makes it real old and definitely in need of an upgrade.

It's always good to read the system requirements for a game. The minimum requirements should tell you which video you must have in order to play the game at the lowest level.
