Help with building new rig (new to building pc's)

I am planning on building a new rig.

already have a samsung f3, 8 ddr3-1333 ram, and all the other basic components.

just wondering if this is good or even moderate. and if there is any discrepancies or compatabilty issues. also. am planning to sli and OC cpu.

OPTIONAL: i already have a case, its old. but i might get a new one. if you guys can recommend any its i greatly appreciated.
