According to Asus that motherboard does have 1 PCIe 16x slot. The PCIe standard is backward compatible (and forward compatible). You do need a power supply with a 6pin connector, however.

1 more thing that HD 7770 Card Bus is PCI-E 3.0

so will there any be issue with the Card Bus ?
I am Currently using 9500GT DDR3 which is PCI-E 2.0 and it runs fine .

It should not have any issues because of the backward compatibility, but, that isn't a set in stone guarantee, anything can happen since I've never plugged those pieces together.

If it doesn't work, than the worst case scenario is you return the card, but I suspect it to work just fine.
