Network connections not responding on xp home edition

Hello,
I am running Windows XP
When i click on the Wireless Network Wizard it has an error that says "the application or DLL C:\Windows\system32\wzcdlg.dll is not a valid Windows image. please check this against your installation diskette." then when i click ok there's another error that reads "Error loading wzcdlg.dll %1 is not a valid Win32 application."
