How to keep USB power on after turning it off?

A while ago, I reset my motherboard to default settings. As a result, I no longer got any power to my USB ports after the computer turned off; before the reset, there was power. I can no longer charge my phone/mouse overnight because of this. Is there any way I can turn it back on?

Turn off EuP/ErP on bios.

I have the Asus P8Z68-V/GEN-3. And I can't find EuP/ErP in my BIOS, only EPU which is already disabled.

Try enabling in BIOS the ASMedia USB 3.0 Battery Charging Support, then test the blue USB ports. Try also in Device Manager, Power management for the USB devices to uncheck the "Allow the computer to turn off...."

The enabling of the "ASMedia USB 3.0 Battery Charging Support" worked! Thank you so much I can finally use my mouse wirelessly again :')!
