Ge Force 440 GT Vs. Ge force 545 GT

Hye, what you think is the best card for me:

Galaxy - GeForce GT 440 1GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0

or:

PNY - NVIDIA GeForce GT 545 1.5GB DDR3 PCI Express

My pc is a :

Intel Core 2 Duo E7500 - 2,93Ghz
Mother-board MS- 7525 (boston)
4gb memory card
PCI Express x16 and Intel GMA 3100
with 300W power supply

between this 2, what you recommend for me?

GT545 hands down, it may be only a gddr3 card but the extra shaders more than make up the difference plus it has better fill rates.

So you think it's better the 545?, sorry but i'm from brazilian and i didn't understood the "hands down", hehe, but thank you anyway
i want for games like NFS shift 2 and baseball 2k11, so i think it's good. =D

Hands down means that it is done and there is no more debate/talk. The gt545 is a lot better than a GT440 and i'll put it the same way.

GT440 96 shaders, 8 Rop 128bit GDDR5
GT545 144 shader 24 Rop 192bit GDDR3

i was seeing in best buy specifications and it's not saying anythin about Graphics Chip: Nvidia......but the name that is there is : PNY - NVIDIA GeForce GT 545

Best buy is sky high and don't like their stores and geek squad over there are a bunch of crack heads.

Edit: Newegg doesn't have this card so you might have to order from there so stay on top of your bank in case you have to file a claim in case it doesn't come.

Overpriced and weak, I wouldn't buy it to be honest. Its junk and older cards that can be bought for a lot less beat it.

The last doubt (just to make sure) is her specification...is saying that:
PCI Express- or PCI-Express 2.0-compliant motherboard with 1 x16 graphics slot; 300W power supply

i have:

PCI Express x16
Expansion slot:
Slots de expansão:
1 slot PCI Express x16 for video card
2 slots PCI Express x1
1 slots PCI

Power supply: 300W
