the asus is the better option in terms of cooling and going the extra mile OC'ing wise. But be prepared to have three expansion slots on your case, to be free as its a behemoth!

both the evga and asus have the same connectivity options, but the asus will run cooelr and quieter cos of the directCuII cooler while the golden sample has a good cooler, almost cimilar to the asus but has the highest stock OC out of these three cards

but if you do some googling, you'll find that the choice is either gainward/asus for EU users while the evga/asus route is for US users.

hope this helps.

* please correct your links by adding the text in between the ][

* edit; i stand corrected;since you posted that the gainward golden sample has core clock - 750MHz, Effective memory clock - 3900MHz specs, the EVGA Super clocked has the highest factory OC; with these specs;

GeForce GTX 570 (Fermi)
Core Clock - 797 Mhz (vs. 732 Mhz Reference)
Shader Clock - 1594 Mhz (vs. 1464 Mhz Reference)
Stream Processors - 480 Processor Cores
Effective Memory Clock - 3900 Mhz(vs. 3800 Mhz Reference)
Memory Size - 1280MB
Memory Interface - 320-bit
Memory Type - GDDR5

so there ya have it, the EVGA is the clear winner in terms of factory OC.
