Core 2 Quad bottlenecking?

Hello everybody,

my current system is:

mobo: Asus p5n-t deluxe
psu: silverstone 850w
vga: gtx460 768mb
cpu: core 2 quad q6700 3.06ghz with a big schythe cooler (iam willing to overclock more)
ram: 6gb ddr2

But then my question is will my cpu be bottlenecking a sli gtx 460?
i dont really want another gtx 460 right now but maybe in a year or so.
my mobo supports sli and my psu is big enough too i ques.

I wouldn't doubt that it does, just OC it a bit.

The part to replace in your system right now is probably the gtx 460 not the CPU.
