I've been having problem with my new build, with a corei7 3770k and a 7870 OCed Sapphire card, everything is freakin' slow like a pentium 3 computer, including the BIOS, startup, and launching apps on the desktop, the windows index is showing 5.8, 3.5, 6.3, 4.5 marks on my video card which is suppose to be 7.9(I had the card from another rig)
So I tried everything then I hit the mark, The PCIE2 is not functioning well, so I transferred the vga to the PCIE 5, and everything is ok
Then I went back to the store where I bought the mobo, surprisingly the other Mpower board(they took the other one for testing) they had for sale was also lagging in the PCIE2 and they didn't replace my mobo for another since the mobo they had had the same thing going on and told me "NOTHING IS WRONG"
does anyone have the same problem? Is it suppose to be like that? or the boards sent to them by MSI are all faulty? need help. -.-
