I HAVE A AMD FX-8120 N I HAVE NEVER OVERCLOCK BEFORE I AM DOING RESEARCH ON IT MY QUESTION IS WHAT A GOOD COOLER WITH OUT BREAKING UR POCKET

Based on wgat I see at newegg, there are no aftermarket heatsink/fan units available for that cpu. So I guess you are stuck with the stock one.

i seem videos on youtube n on tigerdirect theu use water cooling like the corsair series n i see others using air like the noctua nhd-14

Nuts, I got confused. Sorry. I was looking at socket FM1 coolers, instead of socket AM3+ coolers. There are tones of them, just choose one that suits your needs. The Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO comes to mind as a very popular cooler.
