I was wondering the same thing a few months ago, so I bought some Cas2 (knowing thtat I would overclock) and yes, there is a big difference. I have tried my performance tests on both setting, the difference is quite sizable.

Actually I see less content in yours than I do in any of Arrow's posts I've read. Even his above statement has more content than yours. Because, whether it is worth the cost is relative and subjective and ultimately up to a person to decide. Even when things are obviously better and worth the cost to most it still is not that way across the board.
Advertising a personal or business website does not seem out of line to me .. if a person takes the time to answer peoples questions. Nobody forces anyones arm to move the mouse cursor over the link and click. You have that freedom.. you also have the freedom to advertise your own website in your own sig. Just because his above statement is one line doesn't mean it lacks value and you can't expect him to change or remove is sig line everytime he decides to post a short answer. To be honest, I had never clicked his link before until you designated an entire post in pointing it out. So you actually reinforced it's presence.
I clicked it only because you made a big deal. It makes me glad I don't live in Canada those prices are ludicrous. I'd drive to the states to spend my money.
Many newer boards will autodetect it in BIOS. You can open BIOS on these and see what it says.
Alternatively, you can cross check your part number on the RAM companies website.
