Got few questions:
1. That (Budget) SSD is good or not? wheather i should even go with SSD? http://www.ebay.in/itm/Kingston-30GB-SSD-/260817329272?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_203&hash=item3cb9ec9c78

2. What Should i choose Z68 or p67?

3. I am not going to SLI so is PSU enough should i get 450w to save few bucks?

4. And most imp which GRAPHICS is better?? i kinda go with gtx 460

Which video card you are going to use? The psu you mentioned can easily tolerate Ati 6770 OR nvidia 550. Core i5 is a good choice. As you said that you are on a tight budget i suggest you to use a p67 because it will do all you want and will be lighter on pocket.

Crucial M4 SSD, Z68 motherboard (you will thank me later if you also pair the SSD with it), 560 Ti is much better than the 460 unless you were gonna SLI two of them

Crucial is unfortunately not available in India And Dude to Budget issue I am trying a Asus p67 Mobo with 60Gb 6gbps SSD

I am eyeing Corsair v2 series

Not all of the V2 models that are in India are good. Stick with the tried and tested models. The VX series is one of the finest performers in the Corsair series for me!

Also you can take a look at this:

SeaSonic S12 Energy Plus SS-550HT 550W.
