Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 1400MHz Speed 1.38GHz
Motherboard: Intel Tehama
BIOS: AMI 62710 (27/7/2000)
RAM: 1.5GB RDRAM (2x256MB 2x512MB)
Chipset: Intel 82850/E Host-Hub Interface Bridge Device
Video: NVIDIA GeForce2 MX 100/200 (AGP 2.0)
The above computer is hanging for 3 minutes on the splash screen before continuing to a normal boot. I have a normal Boot.ini file.
I press the start button - get one beep and graphics card displays - splash screen displays and stays on this splash screen for three minutes with a solid light on the Hard Drive light. After three minutes Windows loads as normal.
However, if I press DEL to enter into CMOS info and then exit without any changes, the computer goes directly to a successful loading of Windows!
Could anyone tell me what is hapening?
