bluetooth remote control with pda

Hi All,

I have a question.
I have several devices, around 1000, that I need to disconnect at
exact time everyday during the week and on a different time on the
weekend.
My idea is to use an app in a Bluetooth pda that will send the signal.
Of course all 1000 devices must have also a Bluetooth module to
receive the incoming signal and than pass it to an electronic unit
that will disconnect the device.
Can this be achieved?
If so, how can I do it?
