P8Z77-V LX or P8Z77-V LK

Pls, need a advice about these 2 Asus mobo's P8Z77-V LX or P8Z77-V LK.
I'm not extreme overclocker and I like budget Asus mobo's.
The config shuld be:

P8Z77-V LX/P8Z77-V LK ?
CORE i5-3570K, 3.40GHz, 6MB, BOX, LGA1155
Hyper 412S, s.All CPU, 1300 rpm, 22.5 dB
2x4GB Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz, CML8GX3M2A1600C9W, Low Profile 1.35V
WD1024GB 64MB SATA III Blue
CORSAIR 60GB 2.5" Solid State Disk SSD, SATA III, Drive Force Series 3, w/o bracket
SEASONIC SS-620GB Bronze, 620W
THERMALTAKE Commander MS-III, VO100A1W2N, w/o PSU

Hi, no actually I don't need the extras. The prices are the 137 USD - LK, and 116 USD- LX.

Then get the cheapest. The DisplayPort and SLI support on the LK are its key advantages.

However, neither is 'ideal' for overclocking. For overclocking I'd look at the ASUS P8Z77-V, ASUS Sabertooth Z77, or the cheap & budget ASRock Z77 Extreme4.
