I want to install Win 7 Ult 64 bit on top of an existing 32 bit version. Can this be done without re-formatting and re-installing everything? Thanks Johnmat

to change 32 bit windows to 64 bit you will have to do a clean install of 64 bit windows.
make sure you back up your important files on another drive.
