Recommended graphics card for M3N78 PRO

I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card (currently Nvidia Geforce 8400 GS). Processor is AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core 6000+, 3GHz and I have 2GB of RAM (on Windows XP). My budget is flexible but I don't want to spend much more than £70-80 ($115-130); I don't want a top of the range card, just one that'll let me play most games without a problem at 1024x768. Thanks--that's definately compatible with my system, right? I've never bought a card before so I've no idea how to tell.

It should be if your 8400 gs was compatible...it honestly depends on what you want to do with it though. If you'll just be gaming the GPU alone has 1gb of memory so everything should be ok. Any more questions just let me know...good luck with your upgrade
