My New System

This is my new build.
Just want any advice on the price and anything that is not necessary. Am trying to cut down the price.
The system is basically for Editing and 3D programes... Mainly Adobe CS 5.5 master suit and 3DS Mask.
The tag price is from Amazon.

And my Friend at Bowie Maryland is buying and shipping to Nigeria for me... Since amazon don't ship some of the parts to nigeria.
And am making the bank transfer to pruchase these items by tuesday this week.

So any advice is welcome.

  1. instead of spending 110 on the cooler, i would get a better power-supply, I don't trust coolmax stuff

I'd second this recommendation. The H100 is nice, but for that build you don't really need it. I'd suggest going with a much less expensive cooler like the Hyper 212 or Xigmatek Gaia - and getting something like the PC Power & Cooling Silencer 950, or maybe the Seasonic X750 Gold. Don't get anything that isn't UL certified and rated at least 80+ bronze or better.

I'd also go with a lesser monitor - you could get by with a 24" Viewsonic easily - and instead there invest in a better video card like a Sapphire 6950 or an EVGA overclocked GTX 560. If you need a 27" that's one thing but if you don't then go with a 24" 1080p monitor and get a better video card - displays are so cheap right now that you can always get a second or third one if you need to.
