How to pull the memory off a computer that wont turn on

The absolute easiest way is to remove the hard drive from the broken laptop (lappy A)and using a USB connection attaching the hard drive (from lappy A) to Lappy B with a connector like this; Cables To Go 30504 33in USB 2.0 to IDE/Serial ATA Drive Adapter Cable

or, you could even get an external enclosure for your hard drive from Lappy A again using USB connection from Lappy B - which one depends upon Lappy A's hard drive interface, IDE or SATA.
