If your PSU is a 460 watt provided by Dell you actually don't need to upgrade it.But if you feel you need to this one is much better for the money

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-Power-Supply-Version-CMPSU-650TXUK/dp/B000Z7KHLA/ref=sr_1_11?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1313536464&sr=1-11

With a 6870 you should come close if not be able to play on high settings.BF3 is seeming to be very CPU demanding so your 2600 should handle it pretty well.

How many amps are on the +12 rail(s) for the 460 watt PSU?

Why would you need a better PSU? The PSU has nothing to do with your performance in games it only supply's power. If you wanted a more powerful card than a 6870 then you might need to upgrade.

On a side note don't expect much from GTAIV.It has to many bugs. You can spend $3000 on a machine and play GTAIV and it will still perform like a $300 machine. The people that coded the game did a horrible job.
