I need help with my memory

Hello everyone,
This is my first post on the Tom's hardware forum's and would like to ask for your help as I am a novice at computing.

My computer in total has 4 GB of RAM installed but I only have 3.25 GB total physical memory, and of that memory only 1.50 GB is available physical memory.

I am running:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 @ 2.50 GHz

Nvidia GTS 250 512 MB

4.00 GB RAM

Foxconn N15235 Motherboard

500 GB Hard Drive

Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit

Use ccleaner to help flush out directories and other data. Go to run and type in MS config and disable the processes at boot up tht you do not use or that do not matter. Uninstall any boat ware or software you do not use. Finally Use an antivirus like Avast that has a video game mode that reduces its memory used.

You must have a 32 bit operating system. Thats why you only get 3.25GB and the available memory is what is not being used by the operating system. I say everything is fine with it.
