Need help with DDR3

Hello all!
After 2days of reading around im giving up and need ask for some help!
I have asrock g41m-vs3 mainboard http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?model=g41m-vs3
with intel dualcore e7200 which both support DDR3 max 8gb at 1333mhz.
Now after using cpu-z and hwinfo i noticed that my RAM is running at low ratio/frequency (2x299mhz)
I was trying thought bios to find any way to increase it but failed.
can anyone help me get this solved pleaseeee?
