Worth an Upgrade?

Will a gtx 560 ti be a huge upgrade from a 5850 (Overclocked to 850 Clock, 1210 MHz Memory)? Or do I have to upgrade to a gtx 570 (Another $100 dollars -_-) Also which gtx 560 ti manufacturer is the best? Im looking for a great warranty, QUIET, temps, and did I mention how the noise?

Probably not worth the upgrade. A 5850 is a very capable card today so just wait for the next generation dec-q2 2012

Well, Reason is my computer isnt that good. I have a bottom neck CPU (X2 545), amd stock cooler, etc etc. And my little brother desperately want to have my computer to run minecraft and such.

GTX 560 ti would only give you a boost in tessellation performance, thats about it though.
