Is there anything better than 800X600 out for use with an HDTV? I noticed the ASUS Geforce 2 GTS AGP-V7700 Deluxe TV can do 800X600 out to a T.V. Are the comparable cards from Creative Labs, Gainward, Gullimont or Elsa any better? Surely an HDTV could handle a much higher resolution than a regular T.V...

An excellent link for info on the history of TV and HDTV by none other than the computer nerd's hero Bob Cringley.
