Hello,
i am trying to install subs and an amp in my 98 blazer..l. i can find the right location for the battery cord to go through the firewall.... Any ideas?

There's usually somewhere around the steering column that'll work. Other than that a drill and a rubber grommet will work quite well, it'll just be a bit more work.

Check online for a guide by the manufacture, usually there are 3D models that can be utilized to find the best possible placement.
Sometimes you just have to forget beauty, and snake cables under the carpet, or under the mats.
I would recommend getting a drill or a dremel afterwords if there is a good spot for the firewall.

My drill, die grinder, zip wheel, and dremel are essential tools for a good install. Make sure to run the power wires on one side and the rca and remote wires on the other side of the car to prevent interference.
