Will My PSU be enough?

Hope you guys can help me with this.

My homebuild:

CPU: i7-2600k
Graphics card: evga gtx 590
Mainboard: gigabyte sniper2

Will my corsiar HX 1050 provide enough power?

Don't get a GTX 590, it is not worth the money. A GTX 580 would be better.
You would only need about 700 watts for the GTX 590 and 650w for the 580.

well the sniper2 has only 1 x16 pci express slot, or else it will be a x8/x8 sli. Will my psu be enough tho?

I guess "better" means "slower" here. Get what you want. Nvidia recommends a 700W system PSU, so your Corsair will be more than enough. Google is your friend, by the way.
