[Solution] Blue Screen after Bios Update

Greetings.

Reason for posting: Had this problem meself, couldn't find any info on it, so thought I'd post my solution.

If you have updated your BIOS, you may notice that when you boot into Windows, you will get a quick blue screen, too fast to take an error code.

If this occurs, it is most likely that your motherboard's "Storage Configuration" has changed.

For me, I installed windows with my motherboard under IDE.
After the update, it changed to AHCI, without me being informed.

This prevented windows from booting.

The solution? Change it to IDE/AHCI/RAID; depending on which setting you installed Windows under. For me? I installed Windows under IDE, so I changed it back to IDE.

Hopes this solves this problem for a couple o' folk. I spent a lot of time re-flashing my bios again and again, to no avail.
